So true, something about the voice, and the gaze, of DFW that cuts through so much ... what a loss

Thanks for posting this clip of DFW. He was such a wonderful short story writer. (Have to confess I've not yet read his longer works.) He always inspires me to be a little crazier in my writing, to take more risks, which paradoxically often means writing more like myself rather in the way I think I ought to write. Both liberating and inspiring.
