As often as I can I get away to the Suffolk coast to walk, swim and write. Nothing starts the writing day better than staring into the sea. I took this on my phone a couple of weeks ago. Of course, it's no substitute for the real thing, but when stuck in busy London playing this is a good way to clear the mind before plunging back into my characters's lives.
i like this site....thank u..

as someone fortunate to live on the coast Id have to agree with your comments regarding the sea and inspiration

This is such a good idea. I'm going to use this with my year 11 group. Calm them before setting writing tasks. Thanks so much!

Thanks, Toronto, for the heads up on images. I'll pass your comments on to Typepad because I can see all the images so there's not a lot I can do. Might be an issue of updating the browser, but thanks for letting me know

Hey just wanted to give you a quick heads up and let you know a few of the images aren’t loading correctly. I’m not sure why but I think its a linking issue. I’ve tried it in two different browsers and both show the same outcome.
